Return & Refund Policy


At Suit Society, we strive to deliver premium quality products and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged item, defective product or wrong size, or different product than what you ordered, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or refund.


Returns & Exchanges

  1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

    • Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is:

      • Damaged during shipping
      • Defective or not in usable condition
      • A different product/size than what you ordered
    • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • Products purchased on discount are not eligible for exchange, refund, or returns.
    • Custom-stitched or altered items are also not eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Size Exchange

    • If you wish to exchange the size of any item(s) purchased, you may return the product(s) to our online store address (given below) within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred for sending the product back for size exchange.
  3. Mandatory 48-Hour Reporting for Damaged/Wrong Products

    • To request an exchange or refund for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp.
    • An unboxing video showing the delivery label, full unboxing process, and the defect/discrepancy is required as proof.
    • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
  4. Condition of Returned Products

    • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
    • Products without tags, showing signs of wear, alteration, smell or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.


Refunds

  1. Mode of Refund

    • Refunds are processed in the form of store credit/shopping coupon of the same value.
    • The credit note can be used for any future purchase on Suit Society within one year (365 days).
    • No cash or original payment method refunds will be issued.
  2. Refund Timeline

    • Once the returned product is received and inspected, coupon/credits are processed within 7–10 business days.
  3. Cases Where Refund Is Not Possible

    • If the product is returned without unboxing proof.
    • If the return/exchange request for damaged/wrong items is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
    • If the product is used, altered, washed, or without original packaging/tags.
    • On all sale/discounted/customized products.


Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If an exchange is not possible, a shopping coupon/store credit will be issued.
  • An order can be exchanged once.


Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges while returning the product, unless it was damaged/incorrect on delivery.
  • Suit Society is not liable for any damages caused during the return transit.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and organize a reverse pick-up where applicable.
  • An order can be exchanged once.
